Celebrate Alaska’s longest daylight season in the heart of Downtown Anchorage at the Downtown Summer Solstice Festival. This free community celebration brings downtown to life with live entertainment, local artists, musicians, performers, vendors, food, family-friendly activities, and outdoor summer fun.
Held during solstice weekend, the festival gives locals and visitors a chance to enjoy nearly 22 hours of functional daylight while exploring downtown Anchorage. Activities are spread throughout the downtown core, creating a lively, walkable celebration near Town Square Park, Peratrovich Park, and surrounding streets.
